Hello... I'm Fern...I am a Degree Qualified Make-up Artist, in what I love to do, which is to make people look the best they possibly can, on a look they have chosen. I am very creative at what I do, as previous to my degree I achieved an art diploma. I am also a qualified Barber and Hairdresser.
